Delivery & Returns
It takes 24 hours to process orders. Orders received after 10am will be processed and sent the following day. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Preferred Delivery Date can be chosen at checkout. ORDERS MAY ARRIVE -/+ 2 DAYS OF PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE. Last deliveries for Christmas will be Friday 22nd December.
Delivery rates for mainland UK orders: EH, FK1-FK17 – £5.50, Rest of UK – £8.95, Orders over £75 are Free UK Delivery.
Please also make sure that you let us know of any special delivery instructions you might have to the postal service.
Weekend deliveries are available for EH and FK1-17 postcodes only. Due to the perishable nature of our products online orders placed on Friday are sent on Monday out with the EH and FK1-17 postcodes.
Unless specified online orders will be dispatched on the next working day ( currently Monday – Thursday, apart from EH and FK1-17 postcodes), using a 24-hour delivery service. However sometimes our couriers can take longer than this to get your order to you. For deliveries to Northern Ireland please call to discuss.
It is important that all produce be stored or refrigerated appropriately, as soon as possible, following receipt of your delivery.

Returns & Guarantee
In the unlikely event your order from us is incorrect or damaged, please call or email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as we can.
Please let us know within 48 hours from the date of your order being delivered, if any products have been incorrectly supplied. We will then either provide a refund to the same payment card account as was used to place the order, or send replacement correct items out to you.
If any of the products are defective or damaged in some way, they may at our discretion, have to be returned to Belhaven Smokehouse. If this is the case, we must ensure this happens by the Use By Date of the items. If they are indeed found to be faulty or defective, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, and in either case this will include your postage costs.
Your right to cancellation starts at the time of placing your order. As all of our products are food items and are therefore perishable, your right to cancel ceases at the point of dispatching your order.
Our quality guarantee – if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please tell us and we will work with you to resolve this to your satisfaction.
