A truly outstanding and very special cure, using local gin, Szechuan pepper, juniper berries and ground coriander.  These spices beautifully compliment the sweet & salty flavours of the fish, and the dry spices coating the fish help to create a wonderful texture.  This is smoked salmon like you’ve never tried it.  A squeeze of lemon is all it needs.

Our local delivery days to EH postcodes are Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

For online orders, please let us know if you would like delivery on a specific day using the order comments section during checkout. Please also make sure that you let us know of any special delivery instructions you might have.

No weekend deliveries available, unless specially arranged.  Due to the perishable nature of our products online orders placed on Friday are sent on Monday.

Online orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, using a 24-hour delivery service.  However sometimes our couriers can take longer than this to get your order to you. We are temporarily unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

For mainland UK customers, delivery is FREE on orders over £75! On orders below £75, our delivery charge is £7.95.

It is important that all produce be stored or refrigerated appropriately, as soon as possible, following receipt of your delivery.
