A very special Christmas cure for our cold smoked salmon. The flavour of the beetroot is subtle, giving a hint of earthy undertones and an added depth of sweetness. It is also very visually appealing, with a bright pink shading through the flesh that looks stunning on the plate.

Cut: This product is available as Vertically Sliced. Vertically Sliced is carefully done by hand and sliced thickly.

Portion Guide: We recommend 60-75g per person, as a starter.



It takes 24 hours to process orders. Orders received after 10am will be processed and sent the following day. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Preferred Delivery Date can be chosen at checkout. ORDERS MAY ARRIVE -/+ 2 DAYS OF PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE. Last deliveries for Christmas will be Friday 22nd December.
