Our “Great Taste” award-winning, classic smoked salmon has a robust smoky flavour with a firm texture.  Our slow dry curing process ensures our salmon has the perfect balance between sweet & salty.  We add rum during the curing process as part of this old family recipe.

Cut: This product is available as D-Sliced. D-Sliced is a well-known cut, where slices are thinly sliced diagonally and layered.
