A beautiful combination of zingy lime and fragrant coriander. One of our most popular marinades. Our rainbow trout comes from a small, independent trout farm just 15 miles from our smokehouse, in the Scottish borders. After smoking it has an amazing depth of flavour which is truly distinct and utterly delicious. It can be eaten warm or cold, flaked into pasta, tossed through a salad, or just straight from the packet.

Delivery
It takes 24 hours to process orders. Orders received after 10am will be processed and sent the following day. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Preferred Delivery Date can be chosen at checkout. ORDERS MAY ARRIVE -/+ 2 DAYS OF PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE.
Delivery rates for mainland UK orders: EH, FK1-FK17 – £5.50, Rest of mainland UK – £8.95, Orders over £75 are Free UK Delivery. Please note we do not deliver to Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man.
