Lime & Coriander Roast Smoked Salmon

A beautiful combination of zingy lime and fragrant coriander.  The sharpness of the lime cuts sublimely through the saltiness of the salmon, and the coriander finishes it off perfectly, to create one of our most popular marinades. Our salmon is all sourced from RSPCA accredited farms in Orkney & Shetland.  We believe that these wild coastal waters produce fish that are leaner with a firmer flesh.

Our local delivery days to EH postcodes are Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

For online orders, please let us know if you would like delivery on a specific day using the order comments section during checkout. Please also make sure that you let us know of any special delivery instructions you might have.

No weekend deliveries available, unless specially arranged.  Due to the perishable nature of our products online orders placed on Friday are sent on Monday.

Online orders will be dispatched within 24 hours, using a 24-hour delivery service.  However sometimes our couriers can take longer than this to get your order to you. We are temporarily unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

For mainland UK customers, delivery is FREE on orders over £75! On orders below £75, our delivery charge is £7.95.

It is important that all produce be stored or refrigerated appropriately, as soon as possible, following receipt of your delivery.

Product Info

We portion our salmon sides by hand before we smoke it.  Due to their shape it’s hard to make every portion exactly 100g once they’ve been cured & smoked. We find it easier to just be generous and give our customers a little bit extra.

Usage guidelines:

  • Ready to eat without further cooking.
  • To enjoy at its best, should be eaten within 3 days of opening and before use by date.
