Smoked Salmon Pizza
- 2 ready made pizza bases (or naan bread or flat bread)
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 200g Belhaven Cure Smoked Salmon
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained and patted dry
- red onion, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C / gas mark 6. Place pizza bases, naans or flat breads directly onto rack and toast for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
Spread cream cheese onto cooled crust. Top with salmon, capers, onion and a sprinkle of parsley or rosemary if desired.
Slice and serve!
