Smoked Salmon Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 ready made pizza bases (or naan bread or flat bread)
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 200g Belhaven Cure Smoked Salmon 
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained and patted dry
  • red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C / gas mark 6. Place pizza bases, naans or flat breads directly onto rack and toast for 10 minutes.  Cool completely.

  • Spread cream cheese onto cooled crust.  Top with salmon, capers, onion and a sprinkle of parsley or rosemary if desired.

  • Slice and serve!
